Role: Fractional Chief Marketing & Brand Officer (CMBO)

Job Description:

RBC is looking for industry leaders in Marketing function, who can work with CEO and Chief Strategy Officer. Leaders with min. 15+ years of experience and have exposure working with startup ecosystems and motivation to work and develop start-ups are a must.

Candidates with experience in Solar Energy / Clean Technology / Battery Energy Storage Systems etc. sectors only need to apply for this position.

Key objectives & focus areas of the solar panel business -

1) To achieve a strong market share in South India

2) Setting up the marketing function and sub process

3) End-to-end brand building playbook

4) Scalable lead generation for B2C, B2B and B2G business

5) Funnel management / CRM and lead closure, strong integration with sales team

6) ROI and KPI tracking setup and measurement

Engagement Benefits:

· Fractional: min 25- max 30 hours/month for an initial 15-month engagement, with option to extend.

· This position only with equity of the startups

· Remote with periodic on site at key pilots and events.
