Job Description

Lead financial planning and budgeting processes to align with organizational goals.
Prepare and present insightful financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze key financial metrics and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvements.
Monitor and report on financial risks and opportunities within the metal industry.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
Support long-term business planning, including forecasting and scenario analysis.
Oversee financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A - Sr. Manager should have:

Strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
In-depth understanding of the metal industry, particularly machining and stamping.
Proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and data analysis software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate financial insights effectively.
