Job Description

  • Lead financial planning and budgeting processes to align with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present insightful financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

  • Monitor and report on financial risks and opportunities within the metal industry.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.

  • Oversee financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A - Sr. Manager should have:

  • Strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • In-depth understanding of the metal industry, particularly machining and stamping.
  • Proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and data analysis software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate financial insights effectively.
