SAP Enable Now: 5+ Years Hands-on Experience

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Training Developer with strong expertise in SAP Enable Now and Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes to develop role-based learning solutions for Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop SAP Enable Now simulations, e-learning modules, QRGs, job aids, and process documentation.
• Create engaging training content for FP&A processes and finance systems.
• Translate complex finance processes into clear and user-friendly learning solutions.
• Support training deployment, user readiness, and post-go-live adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance SMEs, Process Owners, and Change Management teams.
• Validate training content for accuracy, quality, and business relevance.
• Maintain content governance, quality standards, and learning repositories.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Training Development / Learning Enablement.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Enable Now development experience.
• Strong understanding of FP&A, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with Finance Transformation, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Finance, or EPM implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and instructional design skills.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning
• SAP S/4HANA Finance
• SAP BPC / OneStream / Anaplan / Oracle EPM or similar planning platforms
• Change Management & User Adoption
• Adult Learning & Instructional Design methodologies
