Role Purpose

Lead FP&A growth initiatives through hunting, farming, cross-sell, upsell, GTM strategy, account mining and large deal support. Should own creation of FP&A assets, offerings and industry solutions that accelerate pipeline creation and revenue growth. This role should bring proven experience converting finance opportunities into qualified business outcomes

Experience

• 15–22+ years in FP&A, Consulting, Transformation, Solutioning or Pre-Sales

• Experience supporting large deals and strategic pursuits

• Should have hands on experience in creation of Disruptive success stories, Playbooks, and industry solutions

• Experience working directly with CFOs and business leaders

• Track record in building growth-focused FP&A practices and offerings

Education

• CA / CMA / CPA / MBA Finance
