Job Description
FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) – Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to support business objectives.
2. Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L, cash flow, and variance analysis against budget and forecasts.
3. Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve business performance and profitability.
4. Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and business cases to support strategic decisions and investment planning.
5. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization, revenue growth, and financial discipline across the organization.
6. Present financial performance, trends, risks, and recommendations to senior management through dashboards and management reports.
