Key Responsibilities

• Work independently with department heads across Operations, Finance, and Marketing to support business decision-making.

• Manage and review General Ledger (GL) accounting activities, including Chart of Accounts maintenance and GL reviews.

• Support product costing, pricing analysis, and profitability assessments.

• Analyze business and financial data to provide actionable insights for Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams.

• Drive financial reporting, performance analysis, and process improvements.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Finance, Commercial Finance, Cost Accounting, or Business Finance roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (implementation, setup, or extensive end-user experience).

• Solid understanding of:

o General Ledger Accounting

o Chart of Accounts

o Financial Reporting and Analysis

o Product Costing and Pricing

o Data Analysis and Business Insights

• Ability to work independently and partner with cross-functional business leaders.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage organizations.

• Exposure to cost accounting, profitability analysis, and operational finance.
