Job Description

  • Prepare and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the organization.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends to improve business performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth within the FMCG domain.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager/Sr. Manager should have:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of post‑qualification experience
  • First attempt CA qualifiers / Rank holders (Must have)
  • Experience in FP&A and business finance function
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis
  • Involvement in IPO support, financial disclosures, or related reporting preferred
  • Strong individual contributor (IC) with experience working in large, structured organizations - Consumer industry
