Job Description

Prepare and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the organization.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends to improve business performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth within the FMCG domain.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager/Sr. Manager should have:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of post‑qualification experience
First attempt CA qualifiers / Rank holders (Must have)
Experience in FP&A and business finance function
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis
Involvement in IPO support, financial disclosures, or related reporting preferred
Strong individual contributor (IC) with experience working in large, structured organizations - Consumer industry
