Description
- Prepare and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the organization.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends to improve business performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth within the FMCG domain.
Profile
A Successful FP&A Manager/Sr. Manager Should Have
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of post‑qualification experience
- First attempt CA qualifiers / Rank holders (Must have)
- Experience in FP&A and business finance function
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis
- Involvement in IPO support, financial disclosures, or related reporting preferred
- Strong individual contributor (IC) with experience working in large, structured organizations - Consumer industry
