About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and business-oriented FP&A Manager / Senior Manager to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role will provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and help the organization scale in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting activities. Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and executive summaries. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Product, and other teams to provide financial insights and guidance for business initiatives.
• Strategic Decision Support: Support senior management with financial analysis, recommendations, financial projections, and investor presentations for fundraising activities.
• Process Improvement: Improve FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial planning systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA/CPA qualification is an advantage.
• 2–3+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
