This group performs some or all of the following duties:

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare and manage annual budgets, and financial forecasts to guide business planning.
• Financial Reporting: Generate timely and accurate financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax filings.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal/external auditors during financial audits.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and ensure liquidity for operations.
• General Ledger Oversight: Oversee day-to-day accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Supervise invoicing, payments, collections, and vendor/customer account management.
• Asset Management: Track and manage fixed assets, depreciation, and inventory controls.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights, identify trends, and support decision-making.
