Job Description

Key Responsibilities

. Prepare loan account-level commission payout workings for partners and DSAs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms

. Address and resolve partner queries related to payout workings, invoices, and payment details within defined TAT

. Facilitate partner onboarding and creation of requisite reports/processes for smooth go-live

. Support preparation of monthly provision files and ensure submission to the relevant teams

. Own, manage and track the FLDG partnerships end to end including DLG invocations and regulatory compliance

. Manage Yields, NIMs, Opex for the business, liaison with relevant teams to maintain & track the business targets

. Manage TDS processes, including reconciliation and refunds

. Lead internal audits/independent audits/RBI audits

. Support Budgeting & Planning for the business

. Track and maintain monthly RoA metrics for assigned partnerships, ensuring profitability benchmarks are achieved

. Monitor budget vs actual performance, identifying and reporting key variances for corrective action

. Review and monitor monthly Opex allocations, ensuring expenses are accurately classified and preventing misallocation to the respective line of business
