About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical finance professional to join our
Strategic Finance & Consolidation (SFC) Team. This role is critical in driving financial consolidation, P&L ownership, and insightful reporting, partnering with global stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of P&L, ensuring accuracy and performance tracking
- Drive month-end close activities with strict adherence to timelines
- Lead financial consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis across global stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality FP&A outputs including:
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- KPI tracking
- Financial performance analysis
- Identify trends, analyze deviations, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Provide scalable reporting solutions and enhance analytical capabilities
- Manage ad-hoc analysis, special projects, and stakeholder requests
- Present complex financial data in a clear, concise, and structured manner
- Work independently while collaborating across global teams and time zones
Required Skills/Competencies
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis and Financial Accounting
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (automation, modeling, dashboards)
- Ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work in a global delivery model across time zones
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation skills using Excel & PowerPoint
- Highly proactive and self-driven mindset with ownership attitude
Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance
(MBA – Finance / ICWA / M.Com / B.Com preferred)
