Job Description: Business Performance Senior Analyst

We are seeking a Business Performance Senior Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This role is a vital part of our efforts to modernize and digitize finance activities. You will be accountable for delivering business planning and performance management products, working closely with various teams to provide insightful financial analysis that supports effective business decision-making. Your expertise will be key in driving operational excellence and contributing to the standardization and continuous improvement of our processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Management: Prepare timely and accurate financial and management information. You will develop materials for leadership team discussions, providing key messages, analysis, and insights to improve profitability.
• Business Planning & Analysis: Play a key role in developing long-term and quarterly plans. You will analyze data in SAP-based systems and present findings in visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau. This includes coordinating plans, preparing presentations, and providing detailed cost forecasts.
• Business Partnering: Build and maintain proactive business relationships with relevant leadership teams. You will support the performance management agenda by ensuring robust forecasts and delivering insightful commentary.
• Actuals & Variance Analysis: Analyze monthly and quarterly actuals, highlighting areas of performance that are either ahead of or behind the plan. You will suggest potential interventions to address performance gaps.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities in performance management products. You will promote the use of standard systems and work towards simplifying and standardizing processes.
