Brief Description
The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis while helping scale our FP&A function during a period of rapid organic growth. This role partners closely with Senior Analysts to deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive team player who learns quickly and is eager to contribute across all areas of FP&A.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform month-end close activities, including financial analysis, reporting, and variance reviews.
- Track and analyze operating expenses, support cost control, and savings initiatives.
- Manage and enhance FP&A reporting tools (Vena), including monthly roll-forwards as part of the close process.
- Maintain and reconcile headcount data across financial models and HR systems.
- Support HRIS data integrity and reporting, including employee records, compensation, and start/end dates.
- Develop and improve standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc analyses as assigned by management.
- Apply advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, modeling, and charting) to support financial analysis and error-proofing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 25 years of experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with large datasets and financial systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools (e.g., Vena) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
