Job Description

Overview

This role supports Commercial Finance in dealing with revenue reports, periodical forecast, period close reports and Annual Operating Process.

Peridocial forecast reports updation, connect with Finance/Sales managers of respective customers and understand the drivers for variance. Working on various revenue growth projects, etc.


Responsibilities

  • Act as a single point of contact for the BU and cater for that specific BU's Sales and Commercial Finance requirements.
  • Perform Period End Close reporting including insightful commentary on variances and business performance.
  • Providing insightful analysis of business results to senior management and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations.
  • Develop and manage financial models, tools and reporting.
  • Preparing AOP Models and Drivers of Growth.
  • What - if and scenario analysis
  • Supporting Finance & Sales Managers in driving various business growth analysis.
  • Lead performance analysis and reporting for Customer/Division/Brand
  • Work on key Customer/Division/Brand initiatives to drive business and region performance
  • Develop PowerPoint presentiation to communicate business results and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects as requested.
  • Create an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Coach and on- board new members of the team in ways of working and processes
  • Team and performance Management
  • Managing key stakeholders of respective function, along with team functions.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of core Financial planning and analysis experience for postgraduates
  • Experience in P&L analysis, data integrity maintenance & systems such as SAP, Business Objects, Mosaic, Cockpit
  • Strong excel skills (Advance excel, Macros)
  • Able to work independently and takes initiative
  • Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented organized in approach and in document maintenance
  • Ability to function well in a team environment
  • Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
  • Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
