Job Description
Reporting to the regional finance director, you will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and performance management activities. Responsibilities include:
- Support monthly forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning activities
- Analyse business performance, key revenue drivers and operating expenses
- Deliver meaningful insights through variance analysis against plan and forecast
- Partner closely with finance and commercial stakeholders across functions
- Prepare management reporting and business performance dashboards
- Drive process improvements to enhance planning and reporting efficiency
- Participate in strategic projects involving financial systems, reporting standardisation and automation initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Has 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, audit or consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Advanced Excel skills with experience handling large datasets and financial models
- Ability to analyse complex information and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Experience working with multinational organisations will be advantageous
- Exposure to financial planning systems and reporting tools such as Anaplan or Power BI or workday is beneficial
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple functions
