This newly created position sits within our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and offers the ideal bridge for an experienced Full-Set Accountant / Accounts Executive (3-4+ years) looking to step up into financial analysis, budgeting, and management reporting.
You will receive direct guidance and hands-on mentorship from our Assistant Director, making this an excellent career advancement opportunity to broaden your skill set beyond traditional accounting into strategic business analysis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Management Reporting & FP&A (Mentorship Provided)
Perform deep-dive variance analysis on revenue trends and operational expenditure to support management decision-making.
Assist in collating, consolidating, and loading annual operational budgets into Navision.
Prepare financial analysis and relevant data packages for board deck presentations.
2. Financial Closing & Operational Accounting
Take ownership of period-end revenue financial closing, journal postings, and month-end workings in Navision.
Manage student recruitment commission calculations for local and regional representatives.
Prepare recurring monthly and yearly FPSG reports and reconciliations.
3. Compliance, Audit & Tax
Support yearly Edutrust (CPE) framework updates and requirements.
Prepare audit schedules, tax returns, and annual statutory/XBRL filings for the group.

You must possess a recognized university degree/diploma in accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification. You should have a minimum of three to four years of accounting (full sets) experience. You need not have experience in full spectrum of FP&A, guidance will be given.
