Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Shapar. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensure adherence to production schedules, manage workflow, and monitor productivity. This role involves supervising production staff and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as addressing any operational challenges promptly. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate production teams effectively.
• Experience in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Production Management, ensuring quality control and maximizing operational efficiency.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with teams, stakeholders, and other departments.
• Problem-solving abilities and organizational skills to handle challenges and optimize resources efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in production environments is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in production or manufacturing.
