Role Description

The Plant Head will oversee and manage daily plant operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and adherence to budgets and timelines. Responsibilities include managing production planning, implementing and maintaining quality standards, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role requires strategic leadership to optimize productivity and foster a collaborative work environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Belgaum, Karnataka.

Qualifications

• Overall Foundry Experience
• Proven expertise in Plant Operations and Production in a Foundry
• Strong skills in Production Planning and Budgeting
• Knowledge of Metallurgy and Melting Processes
• Knowledge and experience in Quality Control processes and standards
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in the casting or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Foundry Technology or relevant field
