This position will be responsible for foundry casting, dimensional controls in piston ( all versions) , Key roles and responsibilities are mentioned below :
- Department Shift planning & Resource management.
- During working Hour support to machine shop dimensional concern
- Internal and external support for dimensions
- New dies and sample parts layout inspection
- Domestic ,Malden, LVD Dimensions control and record verification
- Involvement of design for product improvement
- Calibration of all working equipment of foundry
- In case of non availability shift control for routine working.
- CMM program Making, Checking of Castings
