Founding Technical Writer

Remote (India) | Full-time

We work with AI-native companies that need technical content their developers actually want to read. We're looking for a founding technical writer who can research deeply, write clearly, and optimize for both search engines and generative engines.

This isn't a role where you get a brief and disappear. You'll own the content strategy, work directly with clients, and make sure every piece we publish ranks and performs.

What You'll Do

Research and Write Technical Content

You'll create content for AI companies building LLMs, agents, RAG systems, and developer tools.

This means:

• Writing 8-12 technical blog posts per month that explain complex AI concepts clearly
• Creating newsletters that engineers and founders actually open
• Producing case studies and whitepapers that demonstrate real technical value
• Writing on Reddit to share insights and drive meaningful discussion
• Creating social posts that cut through the noise

Every piece requires deep research. You'll read documentation, interview engineers, test products, and understand the technology before you write about it.

Master SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

Every blog we publish should rank. You'll:

• Optimize content for Google, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Claude
• Create dedicated GEO pages for clients to maximize visibility in AI search
• Plan content refreshes to keep rankings strong
• Track what's working and iterate based on performance

You'll need to learn GEO if you haven't worked with it yet. This is emerging, and we're figuring it out as the space evolves.

Own the Results

You're not just writing. You're responsible for traffic, engagement, backlinks, and conversions. If something isn't working, you figure out why and fix it.

Who You Are

You Have Technical Depth

• You've written technical content before (AI, ML, developer tools, or similar fields)
• You understand how to read documentation and explain APIs, models, and systems
• You're comfortable talking to engineers and translating their work into clear stories

You Use AI Tools Daily

• You already use Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar tools to research and write faster
• You understand how AI is changing content creation
• You're experimenting with new tools and workflows constantly

You're a Generalist

• You can switch between writing a technical blog, creating a GEO page, planning content refreshes, and writing on Reddit in the same week
• You don't need someone to tell you exactly what to do. You figure it out.
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and building things from scratch

You Care About Outcomes

• You track metrics: traffic, time on page, backlinks, conversions
• You kill what doesn't work and double down on what does
• You want your content to drive real business results for clients

You Work Independently

• You don't need detailed briefs or constant check-ins
• You research, propose ideas, and execute on your own
• You're fine with: Here's the client, here's the goal. Figure out the best approach.
