Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai. As a member of the founding team for Go-to-Market (GTM) at Huntd, the role involves strategizing, planning, and executing key market-entry initiatives to drive growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, developing GTM strategies and ensuring the success of sales and customer acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute email and LinkedIn outreach to generate and nurture leads
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Strategy Development, and Competitive Analysis
  • Identify decision-makers, understand prospect needs, and qualify opportunities
  • Clearly communicate product value and create interest among prospects
  • Schedule product demos and discovery calls.
  • Maintain accurate lead, activity, and follow-up records in CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline targets
  • Share insights from prospect interactions with sales and marketing teams

Requirements

  • Only final-year students are eligible to apply.
  • 0–1 years of experience in inside sales, or sales development
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable working in US shifts
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or Marketing/ Digital Campaign Execution / Branding is a plus
  • Exposure to B2B or SaaS sales is an advantage
  • Passionate about leveraging LLMs such as Claude and GPT to build innovative solutions
