About us

Olbrain Labs is building The Machine Brain (TMB) for AI Agents. This is your chance to document the journey of a fast-growing AI startup from the inside, work directly with the founding team, and build a portfolio that stands out.

We are an early-stage startup working closely with engineers, researchers, and enterprise partners. Ideas move quickly from conversation to demo to product. Very few people ever get to see this process from the inside.

This role exists to document that reality.

As the Founding Storyteller, you will document life inside Olbrain Labs in words, photos, and short videos.

You will work closely with the founders and engineering team, observing how products are built, decisions are made, and milestones are reached, then turning those moments into clear, human stories.

• Capture photos and short videos of daily startup life: demos, discussions, whiteboards, launches, team moments
• Write 12 short posts daily for LinkedIn and X
• Write one deeper weekly piece (400800 words) on a person, idea, demo, or milestone
• Do basic photo and short-video editing (crop, color, captions)
• Schedule and publish content using simple tools (Notion, WordPress, native platforms)
• Organize media assets and maintain basic consent records
• Work directly with founders and engineers to translate complex ideas into readable stories

This role is for someone who:

• Enjoys writing clearly and observing carefully
• Is comfortable capturing photos and videos on a smartphone
• Understands the basics of social media storytelling
• Prefers being present inside a team rather than working remotely
• Wants to build a serious, public portfolio

You might be:

• A student or recent graduate in media, communications, journalism, English, or related fields
• Or someone who has been documenting things on their own college life, projects, communities, startups

Formal credentials matter less than curiosity, consistency, and clarity.
