Job Description

About this role

We want social media operators who ship content, not strategize in spreadsheets.

If you've built an audience that actually engages: not vanity metrics, not bought followers, something real, you'll fit right in. We're looking for creators who've cracked the algorithm, understand why most brand accounts sound like robots, and know that the best posts come from people who actually care. You'll own our social presence from Day 0. Twitter that actually bangs. Reddit threads that don't get downvoted to oblivion. LinkedIn that doesn't read like corporate soup. Raise the bar. Ship fast. Let's build.

What You'll Do
  • Own Twitter like you rule it. We want someone who treats our handle like their personal brandobsessive about engagement, reply game on point, memes that land, takes that spark conversation.
  • Create scroll-stopping images, short videos, and visual content that speaks to technical buyers and founders who've seen it all.
  • Chase the crowd on Reddit : find the conversations, answer the questions, add value without being salesy (Redditors smell desperation from a mile away).
  • Build our LinkedIn presence with content that cuts through the noise, no excited to announce energy.
  • Experiment with YouTube Shorts and other emerging formats.
  • Ship a lot. We're not looking for one perfect post a week. We want volume with quality: test, learn, iterate.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product to turn complex technical wins into content that resonates.
Must-haves
  • You've built something online that people actually followa Twitter account, a meme page, a newsletter, a YouTube channel. Show us.
  • You understand internet culture and can code-switch between platforms (Twitter voice LinkedIn voice Reddit voice).
  • You can create visualsFigma, Canva, CapCut, whatever your weapon of choice. Bonus if you can edit short-form video.
  • You're chronically online (in a good way) and genuinely enjoy the craft of content.
  • You're fast. Ideas to posts in hours, not weeks.
  • Bonus: You understand B2B SaaS, developer tools, or enterprise tech. Extra bonus if you've lurked in integration/automation communities.
Best if
  • You're part of your college's photography or filmmaking society. If you've spent weekends shooting events, editing reels at 2am, and arguing about color gradingyou already know how to create under pressure and make things look good. That muscle memory translates.
