Creatr builds production-grade custom software for enterprises in days, not months. DeepBuild, the AI engine we built in-house, ships a working demo: code, infrastructure, tests, security. We deploy it, host it, and keep it running with a forward-deployed engineer, so customers never chase a developer again.
We are about 25 people in Bangalore with around 50 active clients: MSPs, professional services firms, a state government, an ERP company serving schools across Africa, and mid-market operators in distribution, manufacturing, and retail. More than $70M of our customers business revenue runs on software we built.
We are backed by Accel and All In Capital.
Why this role existsBuyers used to find us one way. Now half of them ask an assistant instead, and getting cited in that answer is its own discipline. We need one person who owns both ends.
We've got around 230 pages on the site, and the plumbing under them works. Search Console, schema, sitemaps and a measurement setup that tells us what's landing and what isn't.
What we don't have is an owner. Posts go out, nothing follows them, and nobody is accountable for whether organic produces pipeline.
So this isn't a set up our SEO role. The setup is done. This seat owns organic discovery end to end, on Google and inside the AI assistants.
One thing we're firm about. Whoever owns it writes the content themselves.
What you will doOn AI, because it cuts both ways here. Use it to ship the mechanical work, and use it well. Don't use it to write for you. We will be able to tell, and it's the part of the job we're hiring for.
Nice to have. You did this for a services or high-ticket B2B business rather than self-serve SaaS. You've built a lead magnet that produced real pipeline, or grown a YouTube channel or a community.
Who you areYou come with a point of view and you'll defend it, on what we should go after and on what we should stop. You'd rather ship one thing worth reading than five that fill a calendar. You close loops without being chased. You're comfortable being measured on pipeline instead of on traffic.
Probably not a fitWe read your writing first. Then we'll ask which sites you grew, and check the traffic curves against your dates. Then a short unscripted Loom where you screen-share the Search Console or Ahrefs of the site you're proudest of. Then a cold audit of getcreatr.com from public data only, which we go through live with your tools open.
