About the Role
As a Founding Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our AI-powered hiring platform. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and engage potential clients, implement effective marketing strategies, contribute significantly to our mission of helping companies hire fast with AI.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to prospective B2B clients to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Design and implement email and LinkedIn automation campaigns for lead nurturing and outreach.
- Utilize various B2B sales and marketing tools to streamline processes and track performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide market feedback and refine our offering.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to perform cold calling and generate qualified leads.
- Hands-on experience with setting up and managing email and LinkedIn automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work experience in the HR technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and marketing funnels.
