Geekynd is an early-stage startup helping startups and SMEs build scalable offshore backend teams across operations, customer support, sales support, marketing, virtual assistance, and business functions.
We are looking for a Founding Sales Manager who can help us build and scale client acquisition for the US market through consultative selling, outbound outreach, and relationship-driven business development.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building from an early stage, moving fast, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
• Generate and close new business opportunities in the US market
• Handle outbound outreach through calls, LinkedIn, email, and follow-ups
• Conduct discovery calls and client consultations
• Understand client pain points and position Geekynd solutions accordingly
• Manage and maintain sales pipeline and CRM workflows
• Work closely with founders and operations team on client onboarding and delivery coordination
• Contribute to improving outreach strategy, sales processes, and growth initiatives
• Support and guide SDRs/freshers as the team scales
Requirements
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable with outbound sales and consultative selling
• Experience working with US or international clients preferred
• Startup mindset with high ownership and execution ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
