Founding Program Director

Can you build an education business from zero

Otomatiks is looking for a Founding Program Director who can take an early-stage vision and convert it into a structured, revenue-generating and scalable business vertical.

This is not a conventional teaching, academic coordinator or administrative position.

We are looking for a self-driven business builder who can independently own:

• Product and program development

• Market research and validation

• Revenue, admissions and profitability

• Curriculum and outcome architecture

• Team recruitment and performance

• Mentor and strategic partner development

• Customer experience and operations

• Systems, technology and scalability

The Founder will provide the vision and strategic direction. The selected leader must convert that vision into a market-ready product, a capable team, measurable outcomes and commercial results—with limited supervision.

Preferred profile:

• 8+ years of relevant experience

• Proven experience launching a program, product or business vertical

• Demonstrated revenue and budget ownership

• Strong team and stakeholder management experience

• Exposure to education, entrepreneurship, experiential learning, incubation or youth development

• Ability to work independently and take complete accountability
