Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to define how Osto's products are positioned, communicated, and brought to market. You will work closely with founders, product, and sales teams to translate complex cybersecurity capabilities into clear customer value. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating in a zero to one environment, building the product narrative from the ground up, and driving early go to market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value proposition
- Develop go to market strategies for product launches and features
- Create product documentation, sales decks, and collateral to support AE sales efforts
- Partner with product teams to translate technical capabilities into clear customer benefits
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research
- Support sales teams with messaging, use cases, and product insights
- Help shape the product narrative across website, content, and marketing channels
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or B2B SaaS marketing
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical products in simple terms
- Experience creating product documentation and sales enablement materials
- Ability to work cross functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams
- Comfort operating in fast moving startup environments with high ownership
