Role Overview
We're hiring a Founding Product Manager to own the 0 1 journey of the Osto platform. You'll work directly with founders, engineering, and design to define the roadmap, shape the intelligence layer, ship fast iterations, and drive product-market fit.
What you'll do
- Own product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap end-to-end.
- Translate founder vision + customer pain into clear specs and shipped features.
- Work hands-on with engineering & design to launch and iterate fast.
- Talk to customers weekly and bring insights back into product decisions.
- Build the early product processes: discovery, feedback loops, analytics.
- Lay the foundation for a scalable product org.
- Manage team of product designers and product analysts.
