Founding Product Manager

Nova is an autonomous AI agent platform for finance and compliance teams. Our agents handle the daily grind: TDS, GST recon, AP automation, forensic checks, ERP integrations. Customers build agents in plain English and put them in production in hours.

Small founding team. You'll work directly with the founder and engineers.

This is not a manage the roadmap PM role. You will build.

A typical week:

• Talk to a CFO or controller, understand a workflow they hate, scope it into a Linear epic
• Open Claude Code or Codex, draft the PRD, build the first frontend pass yourself
• Pair with engineering on agent prompts, tool schemas, success criteria
• Watch real users use what you built, and iterate

We want someone who treats AI as a teammate, not a feature. You're already running Claude Code or Codex daily.

• 3-4+ years of product experience, ideally at a startup where you owned outcomes
• You're in Mumbai or ready to move. We work from our Mulund office, Monday to Friday, in person.
• You've built for finance teams or worked inside one. You know what GSTR-2B is.
• You ship with AI tools daily. Built-and-shipped, not browsed-and-saved. Show us something real, driven by Claude, Codex, Cursor, or an agent framework.
• You can drive AI to produce frontend work and have the taste to know when it's actually good
• You write specs engineers like to build from
• You move without being told
  

• First-time PM or transitioning from a non-product role
• You want sprint ceremonies and stakeholder management
• You've used AI casually but never built with it
• You think frontend work is below PM work
  

• Worked on agent-based products (function calling, tool use, multi-step reasoning)
• Deep on Indian finance: TDS, GST, ERPs
• Shipped a side project that strangers actually use
