About Us

We are an early-stage stealth fintech startup building a new consumer financial technology platform for India.

We are currently developing our first product and are deliberately keeping the product details private until launch.

Our ambition is to build a large, technology-led financial-services company, combining consumer technology, financial intelligence, data and AI.

We're looking for an exceptional early engineer who wants to help build it from the ground up.

The Role

We're hiring a Founding Product Engineer who will work directly with the founder and take significant ownership of the first production version of the platform.

This is not a conventional engineering role where you'll simply receive tickets.

You'll work across:

Product → Architecture → Engineering → AI → Data → Deployment

You'll help turn an extensively designed product concept into a polished, secure and scalable consumer application.

Who We're Looking For

Ideally 1–4 years of hands-on engineering experience, with a strong academic background from a rigorous institution such as IIT, BITS, IIIT, NIT, DTU, NSUT or a similarly strong university in India or internationally.

Exceptional demonstrated engineering ability can outweigh pedigree.

Strong experience across several of:

Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript

Backend: Node.js/TypeScript or equivalent, APIs, databases, authentication

Data: PostgreSQL/SQL, data modelling and processing

AI: LLM APIs, structured outputs, AI workflows and production AI systems

Infrastructure: Cloud, CI/CD, testing, monitoring and deployment

Fintech experience is valuable but not mandatory.
