- Dual Executive-Educator Impact: Combine visionary campus leadership with hands-on classroom execution, modeling teaching excellence and directly shaping the early learning experience.
- Integrated Frameworks: Oversee and lead the delivery of a sophisticated curriculum inspired by UK EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, HighScope, and Finnish standards.

Professional Requirements
