Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal at Pallavi International School, Gowdavalli in Hyderabad. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school, implementing educational programs, managing staff, and ensuring the academic progress and well-being of students. The Principal will also engage with parents, promote a positive school culture, and uphold the schools commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational leadership and school administration.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Principal.
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of CBSE and Cambridge curriculum
• Proven ability to foster a positive learning environment and promote student development
• A Masters degree in Education or a related field is preferred
• Experience with implementing and overseeing educational programs.
