Founding Partner & Co-Founder (Invest-to-Lead) | Zero2Billion Initiative
Role: Co-Founder / Managing Partner
Location: Chennai & Coimbatore
Launch Date: Cohort 1 commences November 2026
Capital Alignment: 25L – 50L (Founding Equity / Profit Share)
The Mission:
Most incubators and startup programs push theory, slide decks, and vanity networking.
The Zero2Billion Initiative is built differently. We are establishing Tamil Nadu's first 100% activity-based Founders Academy (Startup School) dedicated to two overlooked mandates:
* Building Sustainable Startups: Real-world venture building evaluated exclusively by active entrepreneurs who have built in the trenches.
* Developing C-Suite Leaders: Grooming practical, high-caliber operational leadership for modern enterprises.
Zero gimmicks. Pure execution.
We are hiring an entrepreneurial Founding Partner / Co-Founder with real skin in the game to co-lead operations across Chennai and Western Tamil Nadu.
What You Will Lead
* Venture Scaling: Drive regional expansion, ecosystem partnerships, and institutional tie-ups across Chennai and Coimbatore.
* Program Operations: Manage cohort execution, founder simulations, and entrepreneur evaluation panels.
* Commercial Growth: Oversee cohort admissions, monetization frameworks, and value creation for cohorts.
* Strategic Governance: Hold a core leadership seat shaping the academy's long-term vision, brand, and expansion.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Background as a founder, senior corporate executive, or ecosystem operator looking to build a high-impact venture.
* Deeply connected in the industrial, manufacturing, or tech corridors of Tamil Nadu.
* High bias for action with a no-nonsense approach to business execution.
* Ready to anchor the founding round with a capital commitment of 25 Lakhs – 50 Lakhs.
Structure & Liquidity Framework
* Compensation: Substantial Founding Equity + Profit-Sharing model from recurring cohort revenues.
* Liquidity Path: Structured 3–5 year exit window (via company buyback, secondary acquisition, or subsequent funding rounds in line with standard startup exit policies).
