Flow Talks believes that some of the best conversations start with a stranger, fostering genuine student connections in real time. The platform is currently looking to build a founding team to refine and grow its vision.
Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role located in New Delhi, allowing for a combination of in-person collaboration and remote work. As a Founding Member, you will play a key role in shaping and growing the Flow Talks platform. Responsibilities include conducting research, engaging in marketing initiatives, driving sales strategies, and building a strong communication framework. You will also work closely with the team to identify opportunities for outreach and contribute to the development of the community and platform.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with peers and stakeholders
- Proficiency in marketing and sales to promote the platform and drive user engagement
- Analytical and research skills to identify trends, understand user behavior, and suggest informed improvements
- Passion for fostering community connections and a proactive attitude towards solving problems
- Ability to manage hybrid work responsibilities efficiently, balancing both on-site and remote tasks
- Prior experience in student organizations, startups, or similar initiatives is a plus
