We are looking for
Head of marketing for hyper growth. We're currently $4Mn in pipeline run rate lead by founder. We're are looking for marketer to 10x that.
Payscale - 40 LPA to 80 LPA
Who You Are
- You bring 3-5 years of marketing in SaaS for US market with proven numbers to take revenue morethan $5Mn for series A/B company. Also, you have worked with US based startup to scale GTM.
- Skilled at building and managing different channels - Paid, SEO, Outbound, social, etc.
- You know how to identify, manage, and collaborate with agencies, contractors, and consultants to bring high-impact projects to life.
- You thrive in early-stage environments, ready to own projects end-to-end, drive rapid growth, and build out the GTM function into a scalable operation.
What You'll Do
- As Zinance's founding marketing hire, you'll be a one-person powerhouse, establishing and refining marketing processes to drive rapid growth.
- You will lead overall messaging and narrative across channels - Website, campaigns, social, etc.
- Setup, run and optimize cross-channel Paid Ads to maximize conversions - Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Bing, etc.
- Using programmatic SEO create thousands of page to get leads. Also GEO optimzation.
- Take charge of the GTM Engineering campaigns end-to-end, from lead gen to data scrapping/extracting contacts, setting up the campaigns with sequences, experimenting with copies and measuring results via booked calls.
- Initiate & nurture partnerships with relevant VCs and accelerators to increase visibility and create value for customers.
- Identify, hire, and coordinate with agencies/contractors and consultants to expand capabilities and execute targeted growth initiatives.
- Apply knowledge of the US ecosystem to enhance Zinance's positioning, ensuring strategies align with market needs and trends.
