Role Description As a Founding Intern at Dark Story, you will support the early-stage development and operations of an all-terrain robotics startup, contributing across product, research, and business functions. On a day-to-day basis, you may assist with market and technical research, documentation, and basic testing or coordination related to robotics platforms and rover deployments. You will help prepare presentations, reports, and internal communication materials, and collaborate with team members on project planning, operational workflows, and partner or customer outreach. This internship role is hybrid, with primary responsibilities based in Bhubaneswar and some tasks that can be completed from home, requiring regular coordination with the on-site team. You will be expected to learn quickly, take ownership of tasks, and contribute ideas that support the company's mission and growth.

Qualifications

Interest in robotics, mobility systems, autonomous vehicles, or related engineering and technology domains.
Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and summarize findings for technical and business use.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation, presentations, and collaboration across teams.
Comfort with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide decks, collaboration platforms) and an aptitude for learning new software.
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to work in dynamic, early-stage startup environments.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bhubaneswar, managing on-site responsibilities and remote tasks effectively.
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in engineering, computer science, robotics, design, business, or a related field is beneficial but not strictly required.
Previous internship, project, or hackathon experience in technology, hardware, robotics, or mobility solutions is a plus.
