Role Description

This is a remote role for a Founding Industrial Designer. The Industrial Designer will be responsible for designing and prototyping ergonomic furniture and accessories, employing design thinking and innovative product development processes. Day-to-day tasks will include conceptualizing products, creating detailed designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Qualifications

• Skills in Industrial Design and Product Design
• Prototyping and Product Development experience
• Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies
• Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in ergonomic design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
