Job Description

Revternal is building the real-time developer data intelligence layer for AI agents & AI-native products.

Our APIs power AI agents, SaaS products, hiring platforms, and GTM teams at DevTool companies that need deep, accurate, and actionable developer intelligence to build AI workflows.

We are looking for a high-agency SDR who does not want a traditional sales job. We want someone who wants to start outbound, learn the market deeply, and grow into a Founding GTM Engineer who helps build the revenue engine behind the company.

What this role is really about

This role starts with pipeline creation and customer discovery. Over time, it expands into building the systems, workflows, automations, and data-driven processes that make Revternal's GTM motion faster, smarter, and more scalable.

You will work directly with the founders and help shape how Revternal sells, learns, and grows.

What you will do

  • Research and identify high-fit prospects across AI, SaaS, recruiting, and developer tooling
  • Run outbound across multiple channels - Email, Calls, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, etc.
  • Write personalized messages based on signals, intent, and company context
  • Book qualified meetings with founders, product leaders, and GTM teams
  • Conduct sharp discovery and understand customer pain points
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking
  • Learn Revternal's APIs and use cases deeply
  • Help build outbound systems, workflows, and automations down the road
  • Improve segmentation, lead scoring, routing, enrichment, and personalization
  • Partner closely with founders to turn GTM insights into repeatable systems

What success looks like

Initially, you will be generating sales-qualified meetings and actively following up with the signed-up users.

Over time, you will become someone who does more than sell. You will help build the machine.

What we are looking for

  • 0-1 year of experience in SDR, outbound, business development, growth, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Curiosity around AI, APIs, data, automation, and B2B SaaS
  • Comfort working in fast-moving startup environments
  • High ownership and strong follow-through
  • Interest in becoming a hybrid operator across sales and systems

Strong plus

  • Experience selling into technical buyers
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar workflows
  • Exposure to recruiting, developer tools, SaaS, or data products
  • Basic understanding of APIs and automation
