About NovaNova is an autonomous AI agent platform for finance and compliance teams. Our agents handle the daily grind: TDS, GST recon, AP automation, forensic checks, ERP integrations. Customers build agents in plain English and put them in production in hours.
Small founding team. You'll work directly with the founder and engineers.
The roleThis is not a manage HubSpot GTM role. You will build the machine.
A typical week:
- Figure out which mid-market and enterprise companies Nova should be in front of, and who the right person is at each one (CFO, controller, head of finance, head of FP&A)
- Run multi-channel outbound (LinkedIn, email, X, WhatsApp where appropriate), with sequences personalized at scale by AI agents, not by humans typing
- Write LinkedIn posts and X threads that get the right finance leaders to discover Nova on their own
- Sit on calls with the senior sales lead. Listen, take notes, spot patterns. Feed what you hear back into messaging, ICP, and content.
- Decide for yourself how much you want to take on. If you want to run discovery calls or close deals, the door is open.
We want someone who treats GTM as an engineering problem. AI agents are your workforce. You are the strategist and operator.
You're a fit if
- 4-6+ years in B2B SaaS, ideally selling to or marketing to finance, ops, or compliance buyers in mid-market or enterprise
- You're in Mumbai or ready to move. We work from our Mulund office, Monday to Friday, in person.
- You've run outbound at scale and have results to show. You can talk specifics: what worked, what didn't, why.
- You build with AI tools daily. Not I use Apollo and ChatGPT. We mean you've built outbound systems, content workflows, or research agents using tools like Claude, Clay, n8n, or your own stack. Show us something real.
- You can sit on a call with a CFO and not fumble. You listen sharply and take useful notes.
- You write well. Short LinkedIn posts that land, not 800-word essays nobody reads.
- You move without being told. If you spotted a missed opportunity at Nova right now, you'd already be drafting the fix.
You're probably not a fit if
- You're a traditional BDR or SDR looking to hit dial quotas
- You think growth is spend more on ads. Nova's customers don't come from ads.
- You've used AI casually but never built outbound or content systems with it
- You want to live inside dashboards and weekly pipeline review meetings
- You're not comfortable being on calls with senior finance buyers
Bonus
- You've sold to or marketed to CFOs, controllers, or heads of finance in mid-market or enterprise companies
- You understand Indian finance well enough to know why TDS, GST, and ERP integrations matter
- You've built a side project that gets organic inbound (newsletter, content engine, tool that ranks)
- You've used Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, or built your own outbound stack
- You've shipped technical content (threads, deep-dives) that people in your space share
