Job Description

Founding GTM & Content Engineer

Role type: Full time Location: Hybrid → Pune Working with: GTM Head and the founding team Website: https://getmuntin.com

What you'll actually do
  • Write SEO/GEO content that ranks and gets cited — blog posts, comparison pages, and material built to rank on Google and get picked up by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude when someone asks for a Dripify alternative
  • Ghostwrite for LinkedIn and Twitter — take a three-bullet brief or a five-minute voice note and turn it into something that sounds like the person who sent it, not like a LinkedIn template
  • Build our community footprint — Reddit, Discord, Skool, X. Not dropping links. Being genuinely useful in the threads where people are asking will this get my account banned and what's a cheaper alternative to X, and earning the right to mention us
  • Run competitor GTM research — track what competitors ship, price and claim. Read their reviews to find what their users hate. Turn that into positioning and content angles nobody else has
  • Pick up whatever the channel needs — scraping a lead list, wiring up a tool, standing up a dashboard, testing a channel nobody's tried. You don't wait for someone else to do the technical part
What you'll be measured on

Organic signups and trials from content.

Not word count. Not posting streaks. Not impressions. You'll have direct access to analytics from week one, and we'll look at the number together every week — including the weeks it's bad.

What we're looking for
  • You can genuinely write. Clear, specific, opinionated prose with a point of view. Not I use AI to write
  • You've built a content channel or an audience before — yours or someone else's — and you can point at what it produced
  • You understand SEO as a craft, not a checklist. Search intent, buying intent versus traffic, why a comparison page converts many times better than a listicle
  • You're a real participant in online communities, not an observer. You know the difference between a comment that earns trust and one that gets you banned — because you've spent time somewhere that would ban you
  • You reach for tools instinctively. New AI tool, new GTM tool, a script, an API, an automation — you'd rather spend an afternoon learning it than a month doing the thing manually
  • You take ownership of learning. There's a long list of things I want to do here and nobody has done most of them before. The right person treats I don't know how yet as a Tuesday, not a blocker
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity. No playbook, no team, no hand-holding. The role is what you make it

Experience level is open. What matters is that you can already write at a high standard and that you move fast on things you haven't done before.

On AI

Use AI. We do. Research, outlines, first drafts, tooling — whatever makes you faster.

But we don't publish AI-voiced content, and we can tell the difference. So can our buyers, who are marketers. If your process is prompt, skim, publish, this will be a bad month for both of us. If your process is AI does the grunt work, I write the thing, you'll do very well here.

Who this isn't for
  • If you think of yourself as a writer but not a marketer, or a marketer but not a writer, this isn't the role
  • If you need a brief, a template and an approval chain before you can start, this isn't the role
  • If your portfolio is forty posts that could have been written for any company in any industry, we won't be a fit
What you get
  • Full ownership of a channel — you're not a cog in a content machine, you are the content machine
  • A daily working relationship with the GTM Head and the founders
  • Freedom to pick your channels, angles and tools — and the accountability that comes with it
  • Real zero-to-one experience, the kind that's worth more than a title at a bigger company
