About FYORA

FYORA is an India-first AI agent & automation platform helping MSMEs deploy AI teammates that do real business worksales follow-ups, ops coordination, CRM hygiene, finance nudges, and more.

We build outcome-driven automations, starting with real estate and expanding across MSMEs.

This is an early, hands-on role working directly with the founder.

Role Summary

This is a hybrid role combining:

  • Founder-led LinkedIn outreach & GTM execution
  • Product management support, translating real customer conversations into product decisions

You'll sit at the intersection of users product founder.

Key Responsibilities

1. LinkedIn Outreach & GTM (4050%)

  • Execute daily LinkedIn outreach with the founder
  • Identify and research ICPs (founders, ops heads, sales heads, real estate teams)
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-ups
  • Handle early conversations, understand pain points, and qualify interest
  • Book discovery calls for the founder
  • Maintain a simple CRM / tracker of conversations and insights

2. Product & Customer Insight (3040%)

  • Join discovery calls and pilots to capture user insights
  • Translate conversations into product notes, requirements, and hypotheses
  • Support feature prioritization based on urgency and impact
  • Assist with testing AI agents, workflows, and onboarding flows
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer

3. Ops & Execution (1020%)

  • Support GTM and onboarding experiments
  • Help document playbooks, SOPs, and internal workflows
  • Assist the founder with research and execution tasks as needed

Ideal Profile
  • 04 years experience in startups, growth, product, ops, or consulting
  • Comfortable with outreach, conversations, and follow-ups
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Structured thinker who can turn messy inputs into clear actions
  • Curious about AI, automation, SaaS, and MSMEs
  • Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, no-code, or AI workflows
