• Build and run campaigns across LinkedIn, email, outbound, content, and landing pages
• Support founder-led sales with better messaging, follow-up assets, and GTM experiments
• Identify ICPs, use cases, and role categories where Kandidate is most likely to win
• Create repeatable systems for pipeline generation and conversion
• Turn customer calls and market insight into content, collateral, and demand-generation assets
• Use AI tools to improve research, copy, workflows, and execution speed
What we're looking for
• 5-10 years in GTM, growth, demand gen, startup marketing, or revenue roles
• Experience helping build GTM for 1-2 startups
• Strong positioning and messaging skills
• Comfortable working directly with founders
• Strong bias for execution and experimentation
• Pipeline and revenue mindset, not vanity metrics
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern GTM workflows
Strong pluses
• HR tech / recruiting / staffing / talent platform experience
• Experience supporting US-market GTM from India
• Experience in early-stage B2B SaaS or AI-enabled services
