About the role

We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join our growing engineering team at an

early-stage AI Product (B2B). You will be joining a team of 5 engineers who move fast,

take ownership, and care deeply about what they build.

This is a hands-on full-stack role for someone who writes good code, takes end-to-end

ownership, and has been actively building with AI agents. You will work directly with the

founding team and contribute to a product that is already live and evolving rapidly.

What you will do

• Build and own features end-to-end across the frontend and backend
• Design and maintain database schemas with a focus on clarity and performance
• Integrate and work with AI agents to build intelligent, automated workflows
• Collaborate closely with the product and founding team to move fast and iterate
• Write clean, maintainable code and take responsibility for the quality of what you ship
• Help make early architectural decisions that will shape the product for the long term

What we are looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in software development with meaningful full-stack exposure
• Solid frontend skills with ReactJS and strong backend skills with Python
• Experience with Django or a comparable Python web framework
• Good understanding of database design, schema modeling, and query optimization
• Active hands-on experience building with or integrating AI agents (at least 3–4 months)
• Strong product sense and the ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
• Comfort in a startup environment where things move fast and priorities shift
• A bias for ownership - someone who has consistently gone beyond the scope of their role

Good to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS or workflow products
• Familiarity with LLM APIs, agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.), or
• prompt engineering
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Prior startup experience or a side project that shipped to real users
