About this role
We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and own the infrastructure backbone of our agentic platform. You'll design multi-cloud environments, manage per-customer isolation, and build the CI/CD systems that keep everything running reliably in production.
This is a hands-on role. You'll architect the foundation the engineering team builds on and own it through to scale.
Responsibilities- Design and maintain Terraform modules for compute, networking, databases, and secrets across AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Build per-customer environment isolation with each customer getting their own namespace, credentials, and resource group
- Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS / GKE / AKS) with per-customer namespaces and RBAC
- Design GitHub Actions pipelines: lint test build push deploy
- Implement GitOps with ArgoCD or FluxCD
- Build version pinning per customer and automated rollbacks on failed health checks
- Manage per-customer secrets with AWS Secrets Manager, GCP Secret Manager, or Doppler
- Set up centralised logging (Loki / CloudWatch), metrics (Prometheus + Grafana), and alerting on failures
- Provision and manage VMs and managed databases (PostgreSQL on RDS / Cloud SQL) with automated setup scripts
Requirements- 7+ years in DevOps Engineering
- Strong Terraform experience: you write modules from scratch, not just modify examples
- Kubernetes in production: deployments, services, ingress, RBAC, namespaces
- GitHub Actions or GitLab CI: designed and owned pipelines end-to-end
- Docker: multi-stage builds, image optimisation, security scanning
- At least two of: AWS, GCP, Azure managed cloud infrastructure at scale
- Strong communication skills; ability to work directly with engineering and product teams
Nice to Have- Experience with ArgoCD, FluxCD, or another GitOps tool
- Secrets management: Doppler, HashiCorp Vault, AWS SSM Parameter Store
- Managed Postgres: RDS, Cloud SQL, or Azure Database for PostgreSQL
- Multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure patterns
- FinOps: cloud cost monitoring and rightsizing across providers
- Startup experience or comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
