ClickLyft works with US-based insurance lead-gen, comparison, and financial-services companies on acquisition and monetization. Our founder ran $100M+ in annual P&L for the biggest player in the space.
- You'll work with him directly and sit in client conversations from day one.
- You'll build across the stack: products, databases, and the data pipelines and algorithms behind how we acquire customers.
- You'll coordinate other engineers and grow into owning client relationships end to end. You'll shape how this company gets built.
WHO WE WANT
- A strong full-stack engineer. Comfortable across React/Next.js, Node, and Python, and able to own a codebase.
- Real comfort with data. SQL, Python, databases, and pipelines.
- Fine with legacy stacks. Some clients runs on one, and you'll maintain and extend it, not just build greenfield.
- You've shipped things real people used. Not coursework. Show us.
- High agency. You figure it out without being told.
THE SPECIFICS
- In office, six days a week, in Kolkata. We move fast. Ownership and trust are high.
- The base ranges from 60k-1.5L monthly, plus a quarterly bonus tied to performance.
- The first three months are a contract role not a salaried seat.
