Cintra gets D2C and ecommerce brands recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. One core product: AI SEO + SEO, with CRO, GMB, and custom AI automation on top. The engineering team includes people who left Google to build this.

The role

Founding engineer. You build the product that powers our delivery: agents, audits, tracking, automations. You ship end to end and you own what you ship.

What you'll do

Ship product end to end: backend, frontend, agents, infra.

Build LLM pipelines and agents that do real client work every day.

Turn client needs into product changes fast, working directly with the delivery team.

Stay reachable. Calls, WhatsApp, quick loops. Nobody chases you.

You're a fit if

You are a rockstar engineer. You ship fast and your code holds up in production.

You think product, not tickets. You push back when something shouldn't be built.

You've shipped with LLMs and agents, or you ramp scary fast.

You are proactive and always on the phone when it matters.
