Founding Engineer

Job Summary

We're looking for a Founding Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI solutions from the ground up. This is a hands-on role with high ownership across AI engineering, backend development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own solutions end-to-end, from architecture to production
• Build AI agents, RAG pipelines, backend services & enterprise integrations
• Design scalable, reliable AI systems
• Work closely with customers and engineering teams
• Drive AI evaluations, performance optimization & production troubleshooting
• Influence product and engineering decisions

Requirements:

• 5–9 years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python & backend development skills
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents & Agentic Workflows
• Experience with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Google ADK or similar
• Strong understanding of distributed systems & system architecture
• Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
• Experience with Kafka, SQS or similar messaging systems

Good to Have:

• Production experience with AI Agents / Voice AI
• Startup or founding engineering experience
• Experience with enterprise, BFSI, Healthcare or Government deployments
