NamiNaya is building a new kind of fashion brand — combining a luxury online women's fashion store with AI-powered modeling, virtual try-ons, digital campaigns, and next-generation fashion storytelling.

We're bringing together fashion, technology, creativity, and commerce to create a distinctive shopping and brand experience.

We're looking for a creative, confident, fashion-forward personality who wants to help build NamiNaya from the ground up.

This isn't just a modeling job. It isn't just a content creation job. And it certainly isn't a traditional desk job.

One day you could be presenting a new fashion collection, the next organizing a fashion event, collaborating with designers, filming a branded short, discovering the next big fashion trend, or brainstorming a launch campaign.

We're looking for someone who can become a recognizable face, voice, and creative force behind NamiNaya.

Freshers with genuine creativity and on-camera experience are welcome.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

• Be part of NamiNaya's founding team and help build an emerging luxury fashion brand

• Help shape the identity, style, personality, and public voice of our women's fashion store

• Get involved in fashion collections, product launches, styling, and trend research

• Help conceptualize and organize fashion events, pop-ups, launches, and creative shoots

• Feature in fashion reels, product showcases, campaigns, and branded videos

• Work with emerging AI fashion, virtual modeling, and creative technologies

• Explore opportunities across presenting, acting, modeling, hosting, and brand storytelling

• Collaborate with designers, fashion creators, influencers, photographers, and marketing teams

• Work closely with leadership and contribute ideas that influence the direction of the brand

• Build a strong public portfolio across fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, events, and digital media

• Opportunity to grow into Content Lead, Brand Lead, Head of Fashion & Content, or Creative Director

No two weeks will look the same — you'll be helping build the brand, not just creating content for it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Fashion, Styling & E-Commerce

• Help develop the creative identity and visual presentation of NamiNaya's luxury online women's fashion store

• Research emerging fashion trends, styles, collections, and consumer preferences

• Contribute ideas for new clothing collections, seasonal edits, styling concepts, and product launches

• Help coordinate fashion shoots, lookbooks, product showcases, and styling presentations

• Collaborate with designers, fashion professionals, models, and creative partners

• Help present and promote products through engaging visual storytelling and shopping content

Content Creation & On-Camera Presence

• Be an on-camera presenter and content creator for NamiNaya

• Create and host Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, fashion videos, styling guides, and product showcases

• Model or present selected fashion collections and brand campaigns

• Act in branded short films, lifestyle stories, and promotional videos

• Host interviews, podcasts, designer conversations, and behind-the-scenes content

• Develop creative scripts, hooks, storylines, and original campaign concepts

Events, Collaborations & Brand Building

• Help plan and organize fashion events, brand launches, pop-ups, and promotional activities

• Coordinate with fashion influencers, models, designers, creators, and event partners

• Participate in photoshoots, promotional events, fashion exhibitions, and brand activations

• Identify collaboration opportunities with emerging fashion and lifestyle creators

• Bring fresh ideas for growing NamiNaya's visibility and building a loyal fashion community

Marketing & Creative Strategy

• Collaborate with marketing on social media growth, content calendars, brand positioning, and campaigns

• Identify emerging fashion, lifestyle, and social media trends

• Help develop launch campaigns for new fashion collections and products

• Experiment with AI-generated fashion content, virtual try-ons, and emerging creative technologies

• Analyze content performance and help improve engagement, reach, and brand awareness

• Occasionally collaborate on creative projects across our wider portfolio of emerging brands

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong on-camera presence — expressive, natural, articulate, and confident

• Clear, fluent spoken English; Hindi communication skills are a plus

• Genuine interest in women's fashion, luxury brands, styling, and emerging trends

• Good fashion sense and an understanding of what makes a collection or outfit appealing

• Comfortable with presenting, acting, hosting, and fashion-related content

• Creative thinker who enjoys developing original ideas rather than simply following instructions

• Interested in fashion events, brand launches, influencer collaborations, and creative campaigns

• Understands Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and what makes content engaging

• Curious about AI, digital fashion, and emerging technologies

• Organized enough to help coordinate shoots, campaigns, events, and creative activities

• Comfortable working with designers, models, influencers, and creative professionals

• Willing to travel occasionally for fashion shoots, events, and brand activities

• Reliable, enthusiastic, collaborative, and excited by a fast-moving startup environment

You don't need to be an established influencer or have thousands of followers.

We care more about your personality, fashion sense, communication skills, creativity, initiative, and long-term potential.

• Fashion modeling, commercial shoots, or styling

• Fashion design, fashion communication, or fashion merchandising

• Acting, theatre, or short films

• Instagram Reels, YouTube, or lifestyle content creation

• Fashion blogging, styling, or visual merchandising

• Hosting, presenting, or self-produced creative videos
